Location : Hybrid work schedule in the Rockville, MD, office (3 days a week in the office; Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Thursdays) The Recruiter will share fusionSpan's culture and company values, as well as source and build a pool of qualified talent. This individual is data driven, comfortable working autonomously in an agile and fast-paced global environment, while also having strong prioritization and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop recruiting strategies with hiring managers
  • Source potential talent on LinkedIn and / or other online platforms
  • Review resumes and manage talent pipeline in ATS
  • Review pre-screened calls to analyze applicants' abilities fitment
  • Interview candidates utilizing various interview methods
  • Write and post job descriptions
  • Draft job offer letters and conduct professional reference checks
  • Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work
  • Identify process improvements to the interview and evaluation process
  • Keep up-to-date with new technical trends and products in recruiting
  • Other projects as needed on the People Team

Required Qualifications :

  • At least 5+ years of recruitment and sourcing experience for technical roles
  • Proven ability to proactively work with hiring managers to drive the recruitment process from start-to-end
  • Technical knowledge to help facilitate conversations with prospects and understand their qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience recruiting technical resources (e.g. solution architect, business analyst, developers)
  • Experience utilizing job boards, cold-calling, and other sourcing mechanisms to identify candidates
  • Experience using and managing an applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Experience with managing recruiting data and reports
