This full-time role is perfect for individuals with a minimum of a high school education, who hold Property / Casualty and Life / Health or Crop Insurance licenses — or are willing to obtain them. In this area, the focus is on Small business P&C, Life, Health.

As an Insurance Agent, you will be the trusted advisor to clients, helping them select the best insurance coverage tailored to their unique needs. Your day-to-day will include meeting with customers, explaining insurance products, building customized policies, processing renewals, and assisting with claims. You’ll also have the opportunity to work closely with commercial producers, especially in farm, ranch, crop, and small business insurance sectors.
