Job Summary
Our client is a direct to consumer brand that is looking for a highly-qualified hands-on Director of Performance Marketing with a strong digital marketing background to support their growing consumer packaged goods brand. This role is fully remote with quarterly travel.

Director of Performance Marketing Minimum Requirements :
Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) performance marketing experiencewithin the last 2 yearsDirect to Consumer (DTC) performance marketing experience within the last 2 yearsNon-household brand (without brick and mortar locations) performance marketing experience within the last 2 years5+ years of digital performance marketing experience heavily focused on customer acquisition of a CPG DTC brandRecent experience being responsible for an average of $1 MM / month ad spend for ONE brand on Meta (only)Hands-on keyboard experience (this is an individual contributor role as well as an executive leadership role)Comfortable working with large datasets and have an in-depth understanding of statistical analysispost
