Our newly formed Technology and Solutions Group (TSG) is focused on building the next generation of innovative scalable and intelligent test solutions that power our customers success across industries.

Were seeking a Field Applications Engineer (FAE) to support our growing portfolio of functional and in-circuit test solutions. This role bridges the gap between engineering and the customerhelping sales account managers translate technical capabilities into business value ensuring post-delivery success and serving as a product champion for our software and data solutions including WATS and TestPartner.

The ideal candidate is a technically fluent communicator who enjoys problem solving explaining complex systems in practical terms and strengthening customer relationships through trust responsiveness and domain expertise.

Our design staff includes electrical software mechanical engineers and project managers. Our systems are supported by staff throughout the United States Canada Mexico Europe Malaysia and China.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Director of Technology and Solutions Group the Field Applications Engineer will travel primarily to customer sites and facilities throughout the US (up to 50% travel).

Sales & Customer Engagement

• Partner with Account Managers during the sales process to define customer requirements and articulate the Circuit Check value proposition.
• Conduct technical presentations demos and system walk-throughs that connect test engineering challenges to CCIs product capabilities.
• Support proposal development by helping estimate scope identify risks and ensure alignment between customer expectations and delivered functionality.
• Attend customer meetings and trade events as a technical representative and subject matter expert.
• Support new business models for pre-sale engagement include test development consultation early in the design process

The listed range of $82000 - $110000 represent the full earning potential in this position. Starting salaries for well-qualified new hires are typically around the midpoint of the range. Ranges were determined by a market-based compensation approach; we used data from trusted third-party compensation sources to set equitable consistent and competitive ranges. We also evaluate compensation annually identify any changes in the market and make adjustments to our ranges and existing employee compensation as needed.

Base pay is only one element of an employees total compensation at Circuit Check. Employees (and their dependents in most plans) are covered by medical dental vision basic life short- and long-term disability and accidental death and dismemberment insurance. Employees are able to enroll in Circuit Checks 401k plan in which the Company will match 50% of your contributions up to 6% with a maximum contribution.
