Performance Architect

They’re searching for a Performance Architect to play a key role in creating a performance-first mindset, guiding architecture decisions, and helping scale infrastructure to support millions of users. You will work with modern observability tools, cloud platforms like GCP and Azure, and performance testing technologies to support their evolving digital infrastructure.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in performance architecture, troubleshooting, and optimization across cloud and on-prem environments
• Hands-on with observability stacks (logging, tracing, alerting, dashboards) and performance monitoring tools
• Experience scripting, configuring, and running automated performance tests
• Familiarity with Docker and infrastructure automation for load testing
• Network profiling using tools like WireShark or Fiddler
• Background in root cause analysis, performance modeling, and performance test strategy
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field; Master’s preferred
