job_description.job_card.job_description5+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in Cybersecurity / IT Security (GRC preferred). Strong background in Risk Management (monitoring, reporting, quantification). Excellent communication and technical writing skills. Hands-on experience with security frameworks : NIST, ISO 27001, ISO 27005. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with cybersecurity compliance reviews or spot checks. A proactive mindset and motivation to grow your cybersecurity career.

What You'll Do
- Lead and execute information security risk assessments for projects and systems.
- Partner with IT and business teams to integrate security controls into key initiatives.
- Monitor vulnerabilities, emerging threats, and report on security metrics to leadership.
- Support the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) IT controls as part of the Daimler Internal Control System.
- Develop and maintain policies, standards, and procedures aligned to industry frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001 / 27005).
- Assess security of IT systems and oversee remediation plans for identified risks.
- Evaluate and monitor third-party providers for compliance and risk exposure.
- Create and deliver security awareness and education materials for employees.
