Job Description
Overview :
We’re seeking an experienced Senior CAD Technician to join our land surveying team. This role focuses on private sector projects and provides critical support for survey development, collaborating with field staff, civil engineers, and surveyors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare boundary and topographic surveys and subdivision plats using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Review and edit surveys, providing guidance to other technicians
- Process and analyze field survey data
- Collaborate with project managers to develop survey plans and base mapping
- Mentor junior survey technicians
- Perform quality assurance checks and occasional fieldwork
