JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary :
The Cash Business Controls / Quality Assurance Analyst performs various analyses / loan reviews with regards to adherence to requirements, results of audits, and efficiencies in processes. This role is vital to the infrastructure of the Cash Management department.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Conducts loan level audits to ensure posting accuracy, reviews completion of daily control reports and meeting all regulatory and policy / process requirements.
Monitors trends of audit results to ensure proper escalation to management, when applicable.
Ensure Cash QA Plan / report document is maintained and in accordance with requirements.
Performs extensive research of cash regulatory requirements for Cash QA review to ensure audits are appropriate and effective.
Develops, maintains, edits, and tracks changes in procedures and job aids to provide the department with information for continuous quality improvement.
Subject Matter expert and attendee for escalated meetings where Cash Management representation is required. Report to Cash Management Leadership where applicable.
Perform ad-hoc reviews as assigned by the Supervisor / Manager / Director / VP
Initial point of contact for complaint review. Provide assessment of issues, maintain records and correspondence relative to complaint(s). Provide recommendations for coaching plans where applicable.
Work closely with other team members and interact with department owners and operational managers to ensure efficiency in the QA review process.
Maintains accountability / governance for existing exception reports and any additions.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Intermediate Excel knowledge and ability to manipulate data
Sagent, LoanServ experience, a plus– Preferred
Banking software experience – Preferred
Education and / or Experience :
High School Graduate / GED
Vocational / Technical School / Diploma Program : Preferred
Associate Degree : Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree : Preferred
2-4 years related work experience
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations :
None Required
