UTS Temporary Computer Technician- Inspection and Customer Support at UNC Chapel Hill

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Computer Technician to join our team. This role is primarily responsible for inspecting incoming computer equipment to determine whether units should be recycled or refurbished for resale. The technician will also assist customers with technical issues related to refurbished systems.

Preferred Qualifications Competencies And Experience

Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Experience with computer repair or IT support is a plus.

Work Schedule

Monday Friday 40 hours a week Onsite
