Sparks Group is partnered with a leading healthcare research institute to hire a qualified Accounts Payable Processor. As AP Processor, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all vendor invoices, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and contributing to the smooth financial operations of the hospital. Responsibilities :

  • Process invoices from vendors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
  • Review and audit invoices for accuracy and completeness.
  • Obtain necessary approvals for all invoices.
  • Maintain accurate vendor records and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Monitor and reconcile vendor statements.
  • Ensure timely payment of all invoices.
  • Supervise the posting of approved vouchers.
  • Resolve invoice processing issues, including match exceptions and discrepancies.

Qualifications / Background Profile :

  • High School Diploma or GED required, Associate's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience processing accounts payable in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable principles and processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., PeopleSoft) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • This job is Hybrid Remote.

    Pay Range : Salary $37,000.00 to $50,000.00
