This position reports to the Office Manager.

Role Summary and Responsibilities :

The Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) acts as part of the clinical team. The responsibilities may include history review, health education, physical exam and diagnosis.

Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions :

• Performs physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines and instructions of physician to patients in the home setting.
• Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's clinical problems and health care needs. Orders additional laboratory investigations when indicated and ensures appropriate follow-up.
• Records physical findings, and formulates plans and prognosis, based on patient's condition.
• Provides prescriptions and administers medications.
• Discusses case with physician and other health professionals to prepare comprehensive patient care plan.
• Collaborates, consults, and coordinates with other health care organizations and refers patients appropriately to resources for additional care as needed.
• Using clinical judgment to initiate emergency treatments per office protocol while consulting with appropriate physician in person or telephonically.
• Participates in all mandatory compliance and other training programs, seeks guidance for compliance-related concerns and adheres to all applicable laws, regulations and MSBP policies and procedures.
• Compliant with OSHA, CLIA, State Board of Nursing and Federal DEA Board of regulations.
• Submits health care plan and goals of individual patients for periodic review and evaluation by physician.
• The physician will be accessible to the ARNP either in person or telephonically for consultation and general supervision of acute, chronic, or life-threatening conditions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

The Salary range for this position is

$100K / yr. - $125K / yr.

Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role.

Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location, as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
