Food & Beverage Manager

Bodega Taqueria Y Tequila is seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. The Food & Beverage Manager will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant's food and beverage service, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Additionally, as a Food & Beverage Manager you will be responsible for the nightly operations of Bodega Taqueria Y Tequila while ensuring adherence to company standards. You will need to be visibly present on the floor during service and solicit feedback from guests / customers. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a keen eye for detail. This individual reports to the General Manager or to the AGM in the absence of the General Manager.

Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise, train, and mentor food and beverage service staff, including servers, bartenders, and support staff.
• Create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and professional growth.
• Assist in scheduling staff effectively to meet operational needs while optimizing labor costs.
• Hold daily meetings to discuss operational matters. Engage in ongoing employee training sessions to facilitate continual improvement in performance.
• Acknowledge exceptional performance and address disciplinary actions for unsatisfactory conduct to foster behavioral improvement.
