About the Role

As a Home Health Support Specialist, you will provide compassionate and supportive personal care services to patients of all ages, under the guidance of a registered nurse. Your role will focus on addressing the individualized needs of patients in adherence to state and federal regulations.

Schedule : Day Shift, Full Time

Area Coverage : Tigard, Tualatin, Sherwood, Lake Oswego, West Linn

Pay Range : $18.62 - $27.90
