Rolling Suds is seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Technician to join our growing team! As a Lead Technician youll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our residential clients ensuring high-quality results and leading by example on every job site.

What Youll Do :

Lead a small crew on soft wash and power washing projects

Ensure all work is performed efficiently safely and to the highest quality standards

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to ensure satisfaction

Train and mentor junior technicians

Maintain equipment and company vehicles in excellent working condition

Assist with scheduling job site logistics and client follow-ups as needed

Use technology for job site reporting

What Were Looking For :

At least 2 years of experience in home services (pressure washing window cleaning solar / roof cleaning services etc.)

Strong leadership and communication skills

A self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions

Valid drivers license and clean driving record required

Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor

Compensation : $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
