Description : Provides technical advice on a wide range of topics to the J5 Chief of Staff and J5 Division Chiefs, including but not limited to personnel management, organizational structure and efficiency, requirements development, requirements certification, requirements validation, Information Technology (IT), develops values assessments (VA) of software products and authors reports for senior leaders (at the one and two star level) on delivered IT capabilities, reviews and provides advise on operational plans, and policy
