TITLE : CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Client X is recruiting an energetic, self-starting construction manager that is passionate about professional integrity and excellence with a positive attitude and contagious enthusiasm.
Responsibilities include :
- Write / review RFPs, statements of work, and other work documents necessary for project estimating and construction.
- Support the real estate team with project cost estimates and coordinate creative resource’s preparation of graphic presentations.
- Coordinate and supervise all reporting for the construction projects managed including preparty of comprehensive, budgets, budget and cost status reports on a monthly basis.
- Coordinate and manage the work performed by outside consultants such as contractors, architects, engineers, and designers.
- Bid and negotiate contracts with outside parties related to the design and construction or new signs and renovation / repair of existing signs.
- Review all major lease and partnership agreements for issues relating to physical sign improvements, utility support, insurance, access, etc.
- Work with IT on issues relating to design and maintenance of new and existing digital signs, and webcams,
- Work with finance on budgets, cash flow projections and insurance matters.
Requirements include :
5+ years experience in budgeting and construction managementExcellent track record of successfully implementing and managing technical solutions in challenging environments.Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of hands-on leadership.Enthusiastic, self-starter with positive attitude and integrityProficient in MS Office and MS Project
