The role provides the flexibility to work on site 4 days and work remotely Friday on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities :

Lead and resolve high volumes of internal and external inquiries using automation tools, while effectively communicating pricing eligibility and facilitating resolution calls with partners to address requests promptly.

Lead the complex process of GPO Group Transitions by collaborating with membership teams, ensuring proper roster alignment, managing account additions / removals across multiple ERP platforms (SAP Vistex, JDE), and preparing comprehensive dealer notifications.

Maintain centralized documentation of membership pricing exceptions in contracting playbooks, keep training procedures current, and drive implementation of solutions that improve accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in contract management processes.

Work effectively with distributor partners on contract loading processes (including EDI 845 onboarding), collaborate with business partners on continuous improvement initiatives, and provide subject matter expertise when working with IT teams on system requirements.

Maintain accountability for key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), support SOX control audits with timely documentation, and actively create opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience.

Minimum Requirements :

BA / BS preferred; equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree

Demonstrates a growth mindset to see opportunities for continuous improvement to drive value.

Effectively builds and maintains strong cross-functional business partner relationships.

Proficient Excel skills with the ability to manipulate large data to draw insights, use Data Mining tools (SAP BI, Power BI, QlikView)

Analytical problem solver with business insight.

Preferred Requirements :

Strong communication skills.

General understanding of end-to-end commercial contract operations processes preferred

SAP, Vistex, & JDE ERP knowledge preferred

1-3 years’ experience in commercial contract operations and / or related areas preferred
