Director, Healthcare Technology Management

Overview

Oversee all biomedical and imaging services for a large hospital. Lead the clinical engineering team manage regulatory compliance drive capital projects and ensure reliable high-quality technology support across the facility.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop clinical engineering staff.

Oversee maintenance and repair of clinical devices and imaging equipment.

Ensure compliance with CIHQ DNV TJC and all regulatory requirements.

Manage budgets purchasing vendor contracts and capital project planning.

Improve operational performance and service quality.

Build strong relationships with hospital leadership and departments.

Requirements

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

5 years managing biomedical and imaging services in a large healthcare system.

5 years hands-on experience with clinical device maintenance.

Strong knowledge of regulatory standards (CIHQ DNV TJC).

Proven leadership and financial management skills.
