We are currently seeking a Property Associate to join our Office p roperty m anagement team on site in San Diego.

Compensation : $60000 - $65000 (Hourly)

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicants education experience skills abilities geographic location internal equity and alignment with market data .

As a Property Administrator at JLL you will apply your commercial property management admin experience to support our Office property management team by interacting with tenants assisting with budgets and financial reports reconciling A / R accounts and coding invoices tracking certificates of insurance . This is a great opportunity to advance your career in commercial property management if you have a positive attitude a re proactive and can think ahead to anticipate the administrative needs of the team .

What Were Looking For

A high school diploma is required . Bachelors degree is preferred.

( 2) years of experience supporting a commercial property management team is preferred.

Advanced oral and written communication skills . Strong organization and time management skills.

Experience in Microsoft O ffice Excel c ertificate of i nsurance compliance and tracking contract management tenant interaction Yardi accounts payable preferred.

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications location market conditions and internal considerations.
