A demonstrated history of bringing on new business and exceeding quotas. Strong ability to build and maintain business relationships. Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via email. A high sense of urgency and a self-motivated, action-oriented approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus . Compensation : During your first 6-month ramp-up period, you will receive a transitional salary of $60,000 ($5K monthly) plus commission. This is a "Full Commission Sales Organization," and our top performers typically earn between $200K - $500K+ , with unlimited upside for those who are highly driven. Sales Perks : We offer two exclusive, all-expenses-paid trips for top performers : The Millionaire's Club (for those who exceed $1 million in gross margin) and Club 500K (for those who hit $500K in funded gross margin). Comprehensive Benefits : You are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance packages in the month following 30 days of employment, with an employer contribution of up to $800 per month for qualifying plans. A 401(k) plan is available after 90 days of employment. Work-Life Balance : Enjoy a casual dress code and a standard Monday-to-Friday work week.

As a Senior Account Executive , you'll manage your own book of business, prospecting and building relationships with commercial equipment dealers and business owners nationwide. Your goal is to educate them on our financing solutions and close deals. We're looking for self-motivated, results-driven individuals with a history of success in equipment financing.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source and originate new business by building and nurturing relationships with commercial equipment dealers and business owners.
- Embrace the challenge of outbound prospecting, demonstrating your knowledge and enthusiasm during the high volume of daily outbound calls required for success.
- Execute timely follow-ups and lead management to maintain a consistent flow of transactions.
- Follow up on marketing applications and leads with urgency and consistency.
- Structure and sell equipment financing transactions.
- Maintain high levels of communication with clients and our internal teams (Credit, Funding, Operations) to ensure a seamless and efficient closing process.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas, bringing a competitive and positive attitude to the team.
