TSK Architects is a highly acclaimed architecture, planning and interior design firm located in California, Nevada, and Texas.
Currently, we are seeking a talented Project Manager / Architect with a minimum of 8 years’ experience working in the civic architectural field to join our team. A Project Manager / Architect will work under the direction of a Principal and is responsible for the completion of projects and management of a team for a wide range of project sizes.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for specific technical design aspects of an assigned project, including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions that best meet the client’s needs
- Develop & provide leadership in all phases of projects, including programming, consulting, strategy, conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction administration
- Ensure client satisfaction through ongoing communication, interaction and guidance; represent TSK at client meetings and presentations; communicate complex design concepts
- Lead, develop, and mentor architectural design teams
REQUIREMENTS :
Licensed Architect with NCARB accredited degree in architectureProven experience running multi-million dollar projects and ability to manage and communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing with the AE team and ownerMinimum of six years of relevant experience in design, technical detailing and coordination of documents in all phases of architectural practiceExperience utilizing BIM technologies, specifically Autodesk Revit, in the development of three dimensional building models and documentation for constructionExperience coordinating projects with team members, government agencies, and consultantsPassionate about design excellence, construction, and sustainable designPREFERRED :
Strong design skillsArchitectural experience in education, civic, judicial and commercial facilities from conceptual design through constructionDigital graphic skills and conceptual modeling capabilities in Sketchup, Rhino, Adobe Suite, etc.
