Commercial Real Estate Attorney - Partner Track

Location : Boston, MA

A well-established and respected firm in Boston is seeking a Real Estate Transactional Attorney with an existing book of business (approximately $150K) to join its team. This is a unique opportunity for an attorney looking to grow into a senior role with strong mentorship, as the position includes direct training from a partner planning to retire in the next 3-4 years. The incoming attorney will step in as a non-equity partner from day one, regardless of current title.

What They're Looking For

• Experience : Background in real estate transactional work (residential experience acceptable); prior commercial real estate or LIHTC experience is a plus but not required
• Book of Business : $150K portable business
• Licensed : Active member of the Massachusetts Bar and in good standing
• Mindset : Entrepreneurial, client-focused, and eager to grow a practice with firm support
