Position Summary : This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the community association practice group's legal assistants, paralegals, and attorneys.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Prepare conflict information for submission to Conflicts Department.
• Draft retainer agreements for final review.
• Manage file organization, including opening and closing files, in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
• Enter and update client contact information in Interaction database.
• Provide general clerical and secretarial support as needed, including assembling packages and correspondence.
• Screen and route telephone calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with month-end billing processes.
• Serve as the liaison between the regional office and the marketing department, coordinating and representing the firm at events such as seminars, trade shows, workshops, and webinars.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
