As a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA), you develop and implement treatment plans, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and collaborate with families to support children's behavioral growth through evidence-based therapy. The role includes mentorship, clinical leadership opportunities, and participation in ongoing research and training to improve therapeutic outcomes. Total Compensation Package from $84,500 to $119,000 annually. Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT's and supervision of assigned trainees.

Your

total compensation

consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company.

  • BCBA's become eligible for long-term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible.
  • Monthly Performance Bonuses

    Bonuses are uncapped and start at just 26 hours of treatment delivery per week, meaning you'll be rewarded for your impact without waiting months to qualify.

    Sign On Bonus

    Up to $10,000 based on start date and location.

    Mentorship Bonuses :

    Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master's in ABA and earn bonus pay for your guidance, oversight and impact!

    Certification Bonuses :

    Get rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.

    Remote Work from Home Days

    Up to 52 days per year- to focus on treatment documentation - giving you protected time to stay ahead, avoid burnout, and provide your best clinical work.

    Schedule :

    Monday-Friday, daytime hours.

    Almost 30 days off in Year One

    Including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days-no guilt, just rest.

    Research & Innovation :

    Collaborate with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute to advance treatment outcomes, transparency, equity, and clinical quality

    Clinical Guidance :

    Our BCBAs are guided by our Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team, featuring industry leading clinicians such as : Dr. Charna Mintz, Dr. Greg Hanley, Dr. Linda LeBlanc, Dr. Patricia Wright, Dr. Dorothea Lerman, Dr. Malika Pritchett, Dr. Mahshid Ghaemmaghami, and Dr. Anthony Cammilleri

    Continuing Education

    A minimum of 10+ free CEUs per year in-house, extra funds to attend additional training courses, and 2 paid days off to use for CEU events.

    Your Role

    Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging

    Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care

    Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth

    Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment
