Key Responsibilities :
This -person will be responsible for managing the investigation process of customer returns identifying possible causes and implementing corrective actions. To accomplish this they will use the 8D methodology. They will manage the core team including ATE CFT failure analysts and external OSAT by assigning actions and monitoring their execution. Additionally they will prepare and publish the 8D report.
