We are excited to continue to grow our team of exceptional clinicians serving the Greater Fayetteville, NC community. This position requires the individual to work mostly in person with some remote contact.

Scope of BCBA Work : Full time position

Developing and monitoring behavior support plans and individualized treatment plans

Collecting and analyzing data with communication of data to various stakeholders

Administrator training and staff development for staff, teachers, providers, and parents

Provides supervision for behavior technicians and 1 : 1 support as needed

Attend trainings and case conceptualization to improve skills and share knowledge

Attend required trainings, supervision, and workshops

Maintain a high level of professionalism including appearance, punctuality, and communication with all stakeholders

Lift 50 lbs

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

BCBA / NC Licensed Behavior Analyst required

Skill Set :

Strong reasoning skills

Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders in varying situations

Ability to work autonomously

Team player and the ability to make those around you better

Ability to prioritize tasks

Time management skills

Compensation & Benefits :

• Starting Salary : $85,000+
