Company Overview

  • We're a high-volume, fast-moving manufacturer and distributor serving both B2B and B2C clients. As we scale production and improve delivery speed, we're seeking a hands-on Production Scheduler to manage daily production flow, optimize order fulfillment, and proactively solve bottlenecks. This role is critical to our operational heartbeat.

Position Overview

  • This is a tactical and analytical role focused on ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules are aligned with capacity and customer commitments. You'll be responsible for scheduling all finishing work centers , overseeing pre-production workflows , and ensuring fulfillment meets internal and customer expectations . To succeed, you must have strong production planning skills , data fluency , and a proactive problem-solving mindset .

You bring a strong command of Excel or Power BI, understand manufacturing capacity, and can work cross-functionally to keep things moving.   • Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule daily production for all finishing work centers.
  • Oversee pre-production drop-offs and unpacking processes.
  • Track and prioritize incoming work orders based on capacity.
  • Communicate with customer service regarding rush requests and delays.
  • Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
  • Adjust production schedules in real-time based on shifting needs.
  • Collaborate closely with purchasing and production managers.
  • Identify constraints and proactively find creative scheduling solutions.
  • Analyze historical and current data to inform production decisions.
  • Qualifications

  • 2–4 years in production planning, purchasing, replenishment, or scheduling.
  • Experience in manufacturing or logistics environments experience a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel; Power BI or ThoughtSpot.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfortable making decisions under time pressure.
  • Must-Haves

  • Hands-on experience scheduling production workflows.
  • Strong Excel / data capabilities (Power BI a plus).
  • Clear communicator who thrives under pressure.
  • Experience managing day-to-day operations and order fulfillment.
