Global Perspectives Integrated, Inc. (GPI) is accepting applications for the position of office administrator. Duties include : assisting GPI to maintain files and records, helping to perform office maintenance, assisting in arranging events for the Border Industrial Association and the Santa Teresa Charitable Foundation, both of which GPI manages, answering calls in the office and greeting visitors, conducting research for clients and possibly arranging meetings.

Required skills : computer and internet literate with knowledge of Microsoft Suite and social media; ability to fluently converse and read / write in English and Spanish; knowledge of Quickbooks is desired, but not a requirement; an outgoing personality, as GPI is in constant interaction with people from a multitude of fields and disciplines; ability to effectively draft letters and memos; ability to travel within the region; ability to get along with others and to work under pressure.

Place of work : 1300 Country Club Rd., Ste A, Santa Teresa, NM 88008. Hours : position could be part-time or full-time. Part-time hours can be negotiated. Full-time hours are 8 : 30 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. There may be occasions, due to events, meetings, etc., where extra hours are required. Salary : to be determined.
