Truss Assembler / Framer (Bilingual).

We are looking for a dedicated Bilingual English / Spanish Truss   Assembler – Wood Framer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for mass-producing these products by performing repetitive assembly tasks. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, problem-solving, and being part of a dynamic team that adjusts to changing production needs.

Assembler – Wood Framer (Day Shift)- Bilingual – English / Spanish

Location : Boise, Idaho

Hourly Wage : $19.00 / hr.

Shift / Hours : 4 : 00 am – 2 : 30 pm (early shift to ensure completion before the hottest part of the day)

Overtime : Expect to work occasional overtime, including Saturdays.

What You’ll Do :

• Assemble parts by positioning them in specified relationships, and securely fastening them with bolts, clips, screws, cement, or other materials.
• Cut products to required measurements as needed.
• Inspect products for defects and remove those that don’t meet standards.
• Operate machines to perform fastening or force-fitting operations.
• Move between different workstations as required by production needs.
• Adjust to varying models of products in a fast-paced environment.
