As a Licensed Vocational / Practical Nurse youll contribute to our success in the following ways :

Report to the RN Case Manager the physician clinical supervisor and / or other personnel involved with patient care.

Reports unsafe conditions to the appropriate RN Case Manager clinical supervisor and physician as appropriate.
