Career Consulting Partners is proud to partner with a thriving boutique law firm located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles across from the CBRE building. We are seeking a dynamic motivated Employment Class Action Associate to join our this role you will represent victims of wage theft in class-wide actions involving unpaid overtime meal and rest break violations unreimbursed business expenses and related claims.

This position offers significant hands-on experience in plaintiff-side class action litigation against regional national and Fortune 500 companies across a range of industries. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn take ownership and grow alongside the firm.

IDEAL CANDIDATE :

• Manage employment law matters representing victims of wage theft on a class-wide basis as it relates to unpaid overtime meal and rest breaks unreimbursed expenses and more under the supervision of a senior attorney.
• Oversee case progress including pleadings discovery and settlement negotiations.
• Handle a caseload where approximately one-third of matters are expected to settle shortly after filing.
• You will have professional staff to assist with your caseload such as preparing legal filings and gathering client information for discovery responses allowing you to focus solely on legal work.
