Machine Operator

In this position, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machines including a coper, press brake, saw / drill, and plate processor. You will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Operate a multitude of machines including coper, press brake, saw / drill, and plate processor.
  • Ensure precision and accuracy in all machine operations.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery as needed.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in machine operation and manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in operating CNC and press brake machines.
  • Strong understanding of production processes.
  • Ability to operate overhead cranes safely and effectively.

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

    Work Environment

    The position is based in a large facility with over 80 shop employees. The shop is open-bayed with a roof, but the weather conditions inside may vary.

    SHIFTS :

  • Days : 4a-2 : 30p (Mon.-Thurs.)
  • Swing : 3p-1 : 30a (Mon.-Thurs.)

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of AIRWAY HEIGHTS, Washington.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00 / hr.
