Job Title : Registered Nurse Profession : RN Specialty : Medical-Surgical Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Night Shift Hours per Shift : 12 Experience : 1+ years License : Current RN License Certifications : CCRN preferred but not required Must-Have : Acute care nursing experience Description : The facility has 95 licensed beds. Services include Bariatrics, Family Medicine, Inpatient Rehabilitation, Internal Medicine, Laboratory, Counseling Center, Occupational Health, Orthopedic, Pediatrics, Surgery, and Urgent Care. The location is part of a vibrant area known for recreational activities and outdoor opportunities. It features scenic rivers, parks, and athletic facilities. The community offers access to various amenities and a welcoming environment for residents. The unit has a patient population that includes adults, geriatrics, and individuals with orthopedic, neurological, cardiovascular, stroke-related challenges, amputations, and traumatic brain injuries. The nursing team is committed to teamwork and collaboration. Preferred experience includes rehabilitation, specifically documentation and GG scoring. The facility has a patient ratio of 5 : 1. Equipment utilized includes Omnicell and Meditech for electronic health records. The unit focuses on delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a conducive healing environment.
