Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships to secure long-term client partnerships Build and manage a balanced pipeline of target prospects through various prospecting methods Identify high-value opportunities and decision-making personas to qualify leads effectively Required Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in a B2B sales cycle role preferred Familiarity with defined contribution and defined benefits retirement plans and relevant ERISA regulations Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to learn new software Experience with sales tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems ASPPA QPFC, QPFA, or QKA designation is a plus
