The Regional Director of Business Development leads growth relationship strategy and market development across all he DFW service areas. This leader inspires a collaborative mission-driven approach to outreachensuring teams feel supported heard and equipped to build strong community partnerships.

• Lead and mentor a team of business development and outreach professionals.
• Develop strategies that strengthen referral relationships and expand awareness of hospice services.
• Foster a culture of communication accountability and supportive leadership.
• Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities aligned with our mission.
• Collaborate closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure seamless compassionate patient access.
• Promote a yes-minded approach that supports innovative ideas and solutions.
