job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDrive Commercial Sales : Actively prospect, develop, and maintain strong relationships with commercial plumbing contractors, construction companies, and large institutional clients (e.g., hospitals, schools). Product Expertise : Learn and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and technical specifications of our complete line of plumbing equipment and supplies. Client Management : Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing their accounts, processing orders, and ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Market Intelligence : Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new opportunities. Achieve Goals : Meet and exceed ambitious monthly and quarterly sales targets. Mindset : We are looking for a young, aggressive, and highly driven individual with a proactive, "hunter" mentality who is eager to build a career in sales. Plumbing Knowledge (Preferred) : Some foundational knowledge of plumbing equipment, materials, or the construction / plumbing industry is a significant advantage. We are willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude. Sales Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Must be comfortable making cold calls and face-to-face presentations. Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is a plus.
