Continuous Improvement Specialist

Primary Function : We are seeking a skilled and experienced Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our 3PL Logistics Operations team. The Continuous Improvement Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing lean solutions tailored to the needs of our warehouse operations while ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability within a fast paced, complex, high volume environment.

Essential Duties :

• Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements across multiple warehouse sites
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute improvement plans
• Monitor performance metrics and report on the impact of implemented changes
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans
• Ensure compliance with packaging standards and operational procedures
• Train and coach warehouse staff on new processes and best practices
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to document workflows, analyze data, and present findings
• Use excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively and cooperatively with all levels of management and staff
• Use analytical skills to evaluate data and consider decision impact across multiple areas
• Employ strong decision analysis and problem-solving skills; ability to draw conclusions and justify decisions
