WHAT YOU’LL DO : Room patients and record vital signs and medical histories Prepare patients for procedures and assist physicians during exams and treatments Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record system Schedule appointments and follow up with patients regarding treatment plans Handle administrative and clinical tasks to support smooth daily operations Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and compliant with clinic protocols Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold a high standard of care REQUIREMENTS : Active CMA certification Prior experience in a clinical or specialty practice setting preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) A patient-first attitude and professional demeanor BENEFITS : Competitive hourly wage based on experience Comprehensive health benefits package Paid time off and holidays Supportive team environment Opportunities for continued professional growth
