Pay Rate : $85-$95 per hour (W2), depending on experience

Duration : 1 Year

Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud GL & Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) Lead to join a 1-year, hybrid contract engagement at a Big Four client. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Oracle Cloud General Ledger and FAH implementation, configuration, and solution design. This role requires a proactive professional capable of leading design workshops, assessing client requirements, and guiding the redesign of Chart of Accounts (COA) structures to optimize financial reporting and integration processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end implementation efforts for Oracle Fusion Cloud GL and Financial Accounting Hub .
• Conduct detailed assessments of existing Chart of Accounts (COA) and lead redesign initiatives to align with best practices and business needs.
• Facilitate client workshops, design sessions, and requirement-gathering meetings independently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial data and reporting within Oracle Cloud.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional designs, test scripts, and process flows.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and post-implementation stabilization activities.
• Provide strategic guidance on Oracle Cloud financial architecture and process optimization.
