Responsibilities and duties

Prepare complete dishes from scratch across a wide variety of cuisines, ensuring authenticity and quality.

Assemble and plate dishes with a high level of consistency, adhering to customer specifications and presentation standards.

Maintain efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Uphold strict food safety and HACCP standards throughout all stages of food preparation.

The Ideal Candidate :

Required :

Proven

Taiwanese / Chinese culinary experience .

Culinary degree or professional cooking certification

preferred .

Minimum

2 years of experience

in high-volume institutional catering or similar environment.

Exceptional

knife skills

and proficiency in various cooking techniques.

Ability to

read, write, and understand English

for recipe compliance and safety protocols.

Physically capable of :

Lifting and pushing

50 lbs

Standing, bending, and moving intermittently during

8 hour shifts

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a dynamic kitchen setting.

Strong

organizational skills

and attention to detail.

Comprehensive understanding of

food safety regulations

and HACCP compliance.

Environmental Requirements :

May be exposed to extreme temperature changes and noise

Exposed to hot surfaces
