If these things excite you, the EA Operations & Compliance Section needs YOU as their Section Manager.In this position, focus is on continually maturing and growing our Enterprise Architecture program, forward progress, and includes flexible schedules and a positive work environment. We are looking for candidates that have good business and technical writing and presentation skills, possess strong leadership skills, are open to learning our processes and technologies, and love working with business and IT customers to find the best application of technologies. This role is key in growing and managing a strong team that is fluid, skilled in both technology and analytical skills, and motivated to strengthen our EA Office.This position works under general direction of the Enterprise Architecture Office (EAO) Chief Enterprise Architect, serving as the Enterprise Architecture Operations & Compliance Section Manager, working closely with FTB's Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Chief Enterprise Architect, IT Managers and Business partners to provide EA leadership. This includes managing a team that provides advanced architectural analysis, consultation services, and recommendations in the design and function of FTB's current and future business processes and technology solutions with a focus on operationalizing EA strategies and monitoring to ensure compliance, in support of FTB's strategic direction. Additionally, this role is accountable for the effective planning and management of the including Accessible Technology Program Office.

Working Conditions

This position is eligible for limited remote-working within California based on departmental guidelines and operational need. FTB has a minimum in-office requirement of four days per week for all positions including those that are eligible for telework.
