Manager Material Stores

The Manager Material Stores maintains responsibility for the oversight and successful operation of the Material Store location to ensure proper aircraft maintenance materials and tooling are provided to Internal and External Customers with efficient and friendly Customer Service. Additionally, they're expected to lead and develop Material Specialists and Supervisors to ensure compliance with Southwest Company policies, Maintenance Procedures Manual, and FAA / DOT / OSHA regulations. The Material Stores Manager is a strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily operation of Material Stores, providing management support to Stores Supervisors and Material SpecialistsProvide support to Maintenance and all Outstations, coordinate material movements for all special projects and vendor outsourcingWrite and revise stockroom procedures, MPM Stores procedures for Material Specialists, and ensure Stores Supervisors and Material Specialists meet mandatory training requirementsMonitor all areas of Stores and ensure compliance with SWA company policies, Maintenance Procedures Manual, FAA regulations, DOT / OSHA requirements and contractual agreementsEnsure the movements of all aircraft parts and material system-wide, for allocations and AOG's Monitor and successful execution of Material Stores (KPI) Key Performance IndicatorsMonitor Material Stores security and controlled access areasEnsure inventory levels are accurate and properly storedOversee the Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Auditing ProgramMay perform other job duties as directed by Employee's LeadersKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Required : High School Diploma or GEDExperience

Competitive market salary from $119,900 per year to $133,200 per year
