Job Summary : Responsible for developing and administering the Company's employee relations programs and strategies, with particular focus on Human Resources investigations and Background Check compliance. Investigates escalated employee relations matters submitted to the company's ethics hotline and other communication reporting channels. Provides compliance support for the Company's pre-employment background check, Motor Vehicle Record monitoring, and alternative dispute resolution programs. Counsels and advises business leaders and Human Resources team regarding escalated employee issues. Reviews employee communications with an HR compliance lens.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
