Position : Patient Access Representative (Spanish)
Location : The Woodlands, TX 77380
Duration : 3+ Months (12 Weeks) with Possible Extension
Shift : Monday to Friday | 08 : 00 AM – 05 : 00 PM
Pay Rate : $18 / hour

Job Description :
- Welcome and assist patients, guests, and visitors with professionalism and empathy
- Conduct patient registration, check-in, and check-out accurately and efficiently
- Verify insurance eligibility and obtain authorizations as needed
- Handle collections of co-pays, deductibles, and outstanding balances (cash and card)
- Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic system
- Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and support front desk operations
- Address patient inquiries and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Keep front office area organized and patient-friendly

Bilingual in English and SpanishProficiency in Microsoft Word & ExcelAbility to use 10-key by touchExperience in cashiering, credit card handling, and front office operationsPrior experience in verifying health insuranceEducation :
High School Diploma or GED preferredExperience :
