Key Responsibilities
Respond to child support inquiries from internal and external customers via email and phone
Guide customers to self-service tools and provide accurate information to resolve inquiries
Document interactions, update case records, and collaborate with team members for consistent service delivery
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Associate degree or equivalent work experience on a year-for-year basis
Three (3) years of experience in an advanced financial position
Two (2) years of customer support experience in a call center environment
Proficiency in computer applications using Windows and Microsoft Office
