Pedicure Specialist

Location : Winston-Salem, NC

Schedule : Wednesday–Saturday

Compensation : Hourly Pay + Commission on Services & Retail Sales

Training : Paid Training Required (fee-based)

Cure Waterless Nail Spa is expanding into Winston-Salem! As the Triad’s first and only non-toxic, waterless nail spa, we’re proud to lead the way in providing elevated, health-conscious nail care focused on foot wellness and hygiene.

Position Overview :

We are looking for a Licensed Nail Technician to join our Winston-Salem suite location and specialize in waterless pedicure services . This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow beyond basic nail care into advanced pedicure techniques and medical foot care .

Please note : This position requires paid training. You’ll be taught our signature waterless pedicure methods, product protocols, and client care techniques prior to servicing clients. Upon successful completion of training, you'll be eligible for hourly pay, service commissions, and retail bonuses.

Responsibilities :

Provide waterless pedicure services following Cure’s protocols

Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment

Educate clients on foot care and recommend home care products

Uphold high service standards and professionalism

Be open to feedback and continued skill development

Requirements :

Valid North Carolina Nail Technician License

Professional demeanor with excellent client communication

Commitment to training investment and growth in the field

Availability Wednesday–Saturday

Interest in wellness and medical-based nail care a plus
