As Director, you play a key role in managing the overall health of client relationships. Your responsibilities include the execution, oversight and successful completion of quantitative market research projects while managing junior staff. As an experienced client focused researcher, who comes from a supplier, you manage the client relationship, provide consultative support on questionnaire design and reporting, design analytic frameworks for actionable and strategic insights and broaden client relationships to grow businesses
- Independently manage and coordinate all aspects of the research process from proposal writing and research design, analysis and interpretation of results through to preparation of reports and delivery of presentations
- Managing key operational partners (data collection, data processing and results reporting) to ensure that reliable results are delivered to client in a timely, cost-efficient manner
- Maintain a project budget and work with team to ensure all aspects of the study continue to operate smoothly
- With oversight from Senior Leadership, foster strong client relationships and work to develop those relationships through frequent client contact including travel to client sites, leading meetings / presentations, and delivering insightful, thoughtful research.
- Provide training, guidance and support to junior staff

In accordance with NY / CO / CA / WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $125,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and / or certifications.
