MEMBER SERVICES SPECIALIST JOB OPPORTUNITY

The Public School Retirement System of the City of St. Louis (PSRSSTL) has an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong customer service skills to assist members with PSRSSTL provided retirement benefits.  Duties will include working with members to apply for their retirement benefits, processing contribution refunds, and data entry to update member information in the System’s database.  Applicants must have 2 years of customer service experience in an office environment.  Strong communication skills and attention to detail are also needed.  A working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, is also needed.  PSRSSTL offers competitive pay and excellent benefits, including paid health insurance, defined benefit retirement plan, and generous vacation and sick leave benefits.
