Level 3 Vehicle Operator

Location : Miami, FL (In-person)

Pay : $25 / hour + shift bonuses

Schedule : 40 hours / week

25 PER HOUR PLUS BENEFITS!!

About the Role

Autonomous ride-hailing company that is building the future of transportation. We’re looking for Level 3 Vehicle Operators to help test and support self-driving vehicles.

In this role, you'll help ensure the vehicles are safe, clean, and ready to go. You’ll also drive them (with full control if needed), run tests, and give feedback to the engineering team. This is a great opportunity to be part of cutting-edge technology in real-world use.

What You'll Do

Drive and operate autonomous vehicles (4–8 hours / day)

Monitor safety and vehicle performance

Run basic software tasks and provide feedback

Keep vehicles clean and ready

Do simple vehicle maintenance checks

Work with engineers to share findings

Help with logistics and paperwork

Shift Options

Day Shift : 6 : 45 AM–3 : 15 PM or 7 : 45 AM–4 : 15 PM

Night Shift : 2 : 45 PM–11 : 15 PM or 3 : 45 PM–12 : 15 AM

Available Schedules :

Wednesday–Sunday

Thursday–Monday

Friday–Tuesday

Saturday–Wednesday

Bonuses

• 5% per hour for working weekends
• 2% per hour for working night shifts (1 PM or later)

Up to 7% extra per hour for weekend night shifts!

Requirements

Strong, safe driving record and no criminal history

Comfortable driving for long periods (6+ hours)

Good communication skills

Basic tech skills and vehicle knowledge

Reliable and proactive

Bachelor's degree or technical experience (preferred)

Military experience (a plus)
