As an Float Nurse Practitioner at Altea Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in training and supporting new and existing Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, while embodying the culture and values of our organization. Key Duties and Responsibilities :

• Training : Provide comprehensive training to new and existing Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, focusing on clinical skills, best practices, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Cultural Dissemination : Act as a representative of Altea Healthcare, promoting and reinforcing our culture and values within the organization and in external interactions.
• Swing Coverage : Serve as a Float Nurse Practitioner to cover scheduling gaps and unexpected emergencies, ensuring uninterrupted patient care delivery.
• Educational Material Design : Collaborate with the team to develop educational materials and resources for training programs, workshops, and continuing education initiatives.
• Provider Support : Work closely with existing healthcare providers to address any concerns, optimize workflow efficiency, and ensure overall customer satisfaction within the market.
• Clinical Responsibilities : Conduct clinical rounds and provide direct patient care, meeting a minimum patient volume requirement while maintaining high-quality standards.
